TimerLinc - INSTEON Plug-In Timer is similar to ApplianceLinc as a full-featured plug-in on/off switch that can be remotely controlled by other INSTEON devices. Additionally, it has a built-in timer that is packed with features such as 28 independent programs, daily, weekly and weekend settings, and a random timer variance for security.

28 Independent Timers
TimerLinc supports up to 28 timers; 14 On and 14 Off. It is important to note that these timers will turn on only the individual light or appliance connected directly to the module and a group of linked INSTEON devices; useful for when you have several lights or appliances that you want to turn on or off at the same time, such as several holiday lights or a whole-home "All Off" scene.
Timers and Days of the Week
TimerLinc also features custom day of the week selection; each timer can be set to run for the same day each week, everyday, or just weekdays or weekends. This means you can schedule your "Goodnight" scene for 10pm on weekdays and 12am weekends; or, have your coffee maker turn on at 7am on weekends and not at all on the weekends. Day of week feature adds flexibility so you can be sure TimerLinc will be able to match your schedule.
Security
By enabling the security feature, you can set your timers to activate randomly within a one hour period (+/- 30 minutes) of the times for which they are scheduled. For example, a timer set for 5:30pm will activate randomly anywhere from 5:00pm to 6:00pm, giving the appearance that somebody is home.
Battery Backup
TimerLinc comes with a built-in battery backup that will allow you to hold TimerLinc in your hand while programming. This means the device doesn't have to be plugged in nor do you have to get on the floor at an awkward angle to press the buttons or read the LCD screen. The battery backup can also give you peace of mind in the event of a power outage as it will maintain the clock and timer settings. While the module is plugged in, the battery does not drain, so years down the road if the battery does need to be replaced the battery compartment conveniently slides out.
